1. General Terms

• All quotations, sales, and supplies are subject to these terms.

• By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these conditions.

2. Products

• KK Marketing deals in range of Indusrtrial Products including pneumatic tools and related services.

• Product images and specifications shown are for reference only and may be subject to change without prior notice.

3. Pricing

• Prices are exclusive of GST and shipping unless otherwise stated.

• Quoted prices are valid for a specific period only, as mentioned in the offer

4. Orders

• Orders must be placed in writing via email or approved communication channels.

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

5. Payments

• Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are 100% advance before dispatch.

• Delayed payments may incur interest or lead to delayed delivery.

6. Delivery

• Goods will be delivered as per mutual agreement.

• KK Marketing is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (transport, weather, etc.).

• In any circumstansis, we do not accept LD clause.

7. Returns & Claims

• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, reported within 3 days of receipt subject to excellent conditions of outer surface of the products.

• Goods once sold will not be taken back unless agreed in writing.

• Any damage or shortage must be reported immediately upon delivery.

8. Warranty
    Products sold by KK Marketing carry the original manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

• Activation of Warranty:
  Warranty coverage shall be considered valid only upon receipt of full and final payment for the product(s). No warranty claims shall be entertained for goods purchased on credit, partial payment, or delayed payment.

• Scope of Warranty:
  Warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions and subject to adherence to prescribed maintenance guidelines.

• Exclusions:
  The warranty does not cover consumable components (such as O-rings, rotor blades, springs, etc.), damage due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, intentional damage, accident, or operation beyond rated capacity.

• Claim Procedure:
  The defective item must be returned to KK Marketing’s service center at the buyer’s cost for inspection and verification. Replacement or repair, if applicable, will be provided at KK Marketing’s sole discretion.

• Limitation of Liability:
  KK Marketing shall not be liable for any loss of profit, downtime, or consequential damages arising out of tool failure or warranty claims.

• Additional Warranty: 

KK Marketing does not offer any additional warranty unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Extended Warranty Program – “Total Care Plus”

For clients seeking complete peace of mind, KK Marketing offers a 18 Months (6 +12)  Comprehensive Extended Warranty Plan available at a nominal additional cost , covering:

• Bearings, rotor blades, oil seals, and all major mechanical components

• Complete pick-up and drop facility for warranty service within covered areas

• Free-of-cost replacement of critical parts (as per plan terms)

• Spare tool provision to keep your operations running during repair or inspection period.

This extended coverage ensures your tools remain fully protected, operational, and supported — covering every major component and service need under one plan.  The Extended Warranty Plan follows the same basic warranty guidelines and excludes intentional damage.

9. Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana
